Phase 01 / Before payment

First, let’s understand
your home.

A good website begins with a proper conversation. We listen, clarify the brief and agree the practical details before you commit.

01

Let’s get to know your care home

Tell us about your home, services and the families you want to reach. We discuss your current website, what you like or would change, designs you admire and what matters most: more enquiries, stronger credibility or clearer information. We listen first, then recommend an appropriate approach.

You supply

Your goals, current website and any inspiration.

We handle

The questions, initial guidance and recommended next step.

02

Choose your website package

We help you compare the five-page Website Express, ten-page Website Pro and ongoing Growth plans. Website-only packages are one-off projects; Growth plans include ongoing services and a 12-month initial agreement.

You supply

Your priorities and agreement on the right package.

We handle

A clear scope, costs, exclusions and project terms.

03

Confirm your project and payment

Once you’re happy with the proposal, you accept the agreed scope and complete the agreed payment process. We then confirm the next steps, explain the information needed and arrange your project kickoff. You know what is happening and what to prepare.

You supply

Proposal acceptance and the agreed payment.

We handle

Your welcome, preparation guidance and kickoff arrangements.

05

Send us the essentials

Phase 04 / Review, refine and approve

See it. Shape it.
Feel confident.

You see the website before it goes live. There is a clear opportunity to review the details, share feedback and approve the finished result.

08

Preview your new website

Explore your website before publication. Look through the desktop and mobile presentation, page content, photography and service information. Follow the navigation and enquiry routes to see how the experience comes together for a prospective family.

You supply

A careful review of the preview on the devices you use.

We handle

The preview and guidance on what to check.

09

Your feedback, our refinements

Gather feedback through your main contact into one clear list. Include changes to colours, layout, spacing, photographs, wording and navigation, with the relevant page noted. We review the list together and make agreed refinements through your project’s revision process.

Reasonable refinements sit within the agreed scope. Extra pages, substantial new features or a significant change of direction are quoted separately before additional work begins. The revision arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.

You supply

One consolidated, specific feedback list.

We handle

Reviewing requests and implementing agreed refinements.

10

Your final approval

Review the refined website and confirm it represents your home accurately. Your nominated approver checks the service descriptions, contact details, factual and regulatory statements, and permission to publish images, video and reviews. We move towards publication once you give final approval.

11

Final testing and quality assurance

We review the security and SSL arrangements, plus the SEO and tracking features included in your package. Where needed, we ask you to confirm that an enquiry reaches the correct recipient.

You supply

Help confirming enquiry receipt where required.

We handle

The agreed quality, functionality and launch checks.

We explain what has been completed, the access and handover information included in your agreement, and how future updates can be managed. For website-only packages, ownership transfers on full payment. Your domain remains yours, and Website Care is optional.

Growth plans have a 12-month initial agreement. Website ownership transfers after all 12 months of initial fees have been paid. Your proposal confirms the applicable handover and contractual arrangements.

You supply

A review of the handover information and your management preference.

Tick off what you have ready. We’ll help organise the essentials for your agreed pages and identify anything else your project needs.

“Essential” means information or approval needed for the relevant stage. “If available” means useful material we can discuss together. You don’t need everything ready for our first conversation.

The useful details

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little clarity makes a big decision easier. Here are the things care home teams often want to know.

Talk through your project
What happens immediately after payment?

We confirm the next steps, explain the information needed for your project and arrange your kickoff. Your agreed proposal sets out the payment and project terms. We also identify the materials, access and approvals needed before the target delivery period begins.

Do we need to prepare anything before the first meeting?

Just a sense of what you want the website to achieve. Your current website, a few examples you like and any existing branding are helpful, but you don’t need a finished brief or all your content ready.

What if we don’t have professional photographs?

Tell us early. We review what you have and discuss suitable options within your project’s scope. Any photography, image licensing or additional work is agreed before it is commissioned. All published imagery needs appropriate permission and an accurate presentation.

Can we choose our own colours and design?

Yes. We discuss your branding, colours, fonts and visual preferences during the brief, then develop a direction suited to your care home and chosen package.

Can we show you websites we like?

Absolutely. Examples help us understand the layouts, imagery and atmosphere you prefer. Tell us which parts you like and why. You can also explore our live website demos before deciding.

How much involvement will we need during development?

You provide the agreed materials, answer occasional questions, review the preview and approve publication. One main contact who can consolidate feedback helps the project move smoothly. We handle the agreed design and technical work.

Can we review the website before launch?

Yes. You have an opportunity to explore the preview and review the wording, photography, service information, design and enquiry experience before giving final approval.

What if we want something changed?

Send a consolidated feedback list with the relevant pages and requested changes. We review it through the revision process agreed for your project. Substantial new features, extra pages or changes beyond the agreed scope require a separate quotation.

What if we don’t have all our website content ready?

We identify what is essential and help organise the outstanding items. Additional content support depends on your selected package and agreed scope. Target delivery times begin once the required materials, access and approvals are in place.

Who checks that our care information is correct?

Your nominated approver confirms the factual and regulatory accuracy of the published information, including services and care claims, and permission to use images, video and reviews. We help present your approved information clearly.

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We review your current site, discuss what to retain or improve and agree the content, features and technical work included in the project. Any migration or additional development requirements are confirmed in your scope.

Will we own the website?

For website-only packages, ownership transfers on full payment and your domain remains yours. Growth plans have a 12-month initial agreement, with website ownership transferring after all 12 months of initial fees have been paid. We confirm the applicable terms before you commit.

Do we need to pay a monthly fee?

Website-only packages are one-off projects with no compulsory monthly Website Care fee. Website Care is optional, and hosting and upkeep still need to be arranged if you manage the site independently. Growth plans are ongoing monthly services with a 12-month initial agreement. See pricing and package terms for the available choices.

What happens after our website goes live?

We complete the agreed handover and explain your options for future updates. For website-only packages, you can manage the site independently, choose optional Website Care or discuss an appropriate Growth plan for ongoing SEO and digital growth. Your agreement sets out the services included.
