Search visibility / Useful content / Measurable work

Care home SEO, with a clear purpose.

A strong website gives families somewhere worthwhile to arrive. Ongoing SEO helps your home explain its services clearly, build relevant content and improve how that information is discovered.

Start with the right questions

The search should lead to a useful answer.

A family exploring residential care in a particular town needs different information from someone arranging a short respite stay. We begin with the services you actually provide, the places you serve and the questions your team hears.

That becomes a considered keyword and content plan. The aim is to connect relevant searches with clear, accurate pages, then make the next step easy to understand. We do not pursue a traffic number at the expense of useful enquiries.

Services with a clear role

Give residential, nursing, dementia and respite care the explanation each needs, where those services genuinely form part of your offer.

Local information that helps

Explain the home’s location, transport, visiting arrangements and local context. Every location page should contain useful, specific information.

A natural next step

Connect information to a relevant enquiry or visit route, without asking families to work through a complicated website.

The foundations

Structure, visibility and the details between them.

Our ongoing work combines keyword research, technical monitoring and practical improvements to the pages themselves. We review how important pages are connected, whether search engines can access the intended content and whether the page information represents the home accurately.

Local SEO

Review relevant Google Business Profile information, service descriptions and the relationship between your website and local presence. Work depends on the profile being eligible and the required access being available.

Technical SEO

Monitor indexing signals, important links, redirects and other technical issues that could obstruct discovery or create a poor visitor journey.

On-page improvements

Refine titles, headings, page structure and internal links around a defined purpose for each page. Use structured data only where it accurately reflects visible, supported information.

Content with a reason to exist

Answer the questions before the first conversation.

Useful content might explain what to ask on a first visit, introduce a home’s approach to daily life or clarify the difference between services the provider offers. The subject should follow a genuine audience need and the home’s approved knowledge.

Growth Engine includes 52 researched SEO articles per year, normally one each week. Growth Plus includes six each month, equivalent to 72 per year. Both include editorial quality checks and client subject-matter approval. Clinical, care and regulatory statements need the appropriate human review before publication.

Search is changing

Clear information matters in AI discovery, too.

We approach AI-powered search with the same discipline: accessible pages, useful original information, clear authorship where relevant and content that accurately describes the business. Google’s guidance continues to emphasise established SEO fundamentals for its AI search features.

We do not sell a special file, a schema label or an artificial mention campaign as a guaranteed route into an AI answer. Appearance in search results and AI features remains outside an agency’s control.

Know what changed

Reporting that leads to the next decision.

Growth plans include GA4 and Google Search Console configuration, enquiry tracking and monthly reporting, with the appropriate access and consent arrangements. We review the work completed, relevant search visibility, website visits and measurable enquiry actions.

An enquiry is not the same as an admission. We keep those measures separate and use the evidence available to agree the next improvements. Growth Engine includes one agreed conversion improvement each month; Growth Plus provides additional conversion work within its agreed scope.

Choose the level of support

A website first. Ongoing progress when you need it.

Website Pro includes foundational SEO and GA4 setup. For ongoing content, optimisation and reporting, Growth Engine is £799/month and Growth Plus is £1,199/month, excluding VAT. Both include up to ten custom-designed WordPress pages, managed hosting and maintenance, with no upfront website build fee.

A 12-month initial agreement applies. Target launch is fourteen working days after the required materials and approvals are ready. We commit to the agreed work and transparent reporting; rankings, enquiry numbers, occupancy and revenue are not guaranteed.

The useful details

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can you help a care home with an existing website?

Yes, we can discuss the existing site, its structure and the access available. We will explain whether targeted improvements or a new website make more sense, and confirm any work outside a published package in a tailored proposal.

How soon will SEO produce results?

There is no fixed result date. The starting website, local competition, content quality and search engine decisions all affect progress. Launch dates describe website delivery, not a guaranteed search ranking or enquiry outcome.

Is ongoing SEO included with Website Express or Website Pro?

No. Pro includes foundational SEO and GA4 setup. Ongoing optimisation, regular articles and monthly reporting sit within the growth plans or an agreed separate proposal.

Do you guarantee a place in Google or an AI answer?

No. We can improve the website and carry out the agreed work, but cannot control whether a search or AI system selects a page.
