Both Growth plans include managed hosting, SSL, backups, security checks, software updates and up to one hour of minor website edits monthly.
Growth Plus’s article allowance replaces Growth Engine’s allowance. Both plans target launch within 14 working days after required materials, access and approvals. Website ownership transfers after all 12 months of initial fees are paid.

What does “£0 upfront website build fee” mean?
For Growth Engine and Growth Plus, the website build is included within the monthly programme. Both have a 12-month initial agreement. It is not a no-commitment offer. Ownership transfers after all initial 12-month fees have been paid.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No. The advertised prices exclude VAT where applicable. We confirm the applicable tax and full payable amount in your proposal before payment.
Are domains and extra pages included?
Domains, additional pages and major development changes are quoted separately. We agree them before starting additional work.
Can we see examples before deciding?
Yes. The Website Express and Website Pro demos are fully browsable illustrative care-home websites. They show design quality and content structure rather than client results.
Can we buy online immediately?
Start with a package enquiry. We confirm your requirements, scope, timing and tax treatment before arranging payment. Your enquiry does not place an order or start an agreement.
Is paid advertising included in the Growth price?
No. Advertising management and spend require a separate tailored proposal unless expressly included in your signed scope.
