Digital marketing for care homes
Give your next campaign somewhere better to lead.
A campaign is only part of the journey. We connect the message, the audience and the landing page so a visitor can understand the offer and take a sensible next step.
Begin with the outcome
Different audiences. Different reasons to act.
A family researching care, a professional considering a role and a local organisation exploring a partnership are not the same audience. Their questions, messages and enquiry routes should reflect that.
We agree the campaign purpose first, then select channels and a suitable landing page. Family-facing care enquiries remain separate from recruitment and professional partnership campaigns, including how activity is measured.
Care enquiries
Explain relevant services, location and the next conversation clearly. Keep personal care details out of advertising audiences and ordinary marketing forms.
Recruitment
Present genuine roles, the employment proposition and a suitable application route. Recruitment needs its own brief, content and handling process.
Professional relationships
Develop messages for relevant business or community audiences, with a clear reason to contact the organisation.
Choose channels deliberately
Use the channel that fits the question.
We do not begin by recommending every platform. We look at the audience, geography, offer, available creative material and budget, then propose the work that supports the agreed objective.
Google Ads and paid search
Explore relevant search themes, carefully scoped locations and landing pages that answer the intent behind the query. Review search terms, spend and the enquiry actions that can be measured.
Meta advertising
Use approved creative and appropriate targeting to introduce the home or a clearly defined campaign. Avoid assumptions about a person’s health, care needs or family situation.
LinkedIn, where relevant
Consider professional recruitment, partnership and business audiences when there is a suitable message and reason to use the platform.
Email campaigns
Help appropriate contacts understand the next step through useful, permission-based communication. Keep promotional messages separate from replies to a specific enquiry.
After the click
A landing page with one clear job.
An advertisement should lead to a page that continues the same conversation. A campaign about respite care should not leave a visitor searching a general homepage for the information they expected.
We can plan focused landing pages, relevant calls to action and concise enquiry forms. Where tracking is authorised, we distinguish a click or form submission from a qualified sales conversation. Follow-up and care suitability remain human responsibilities.
Respect the context
Thoughtful marketing includes thoughtful data use.
Care is a sensitive context. We do not build advertising audiences from residents’ records, diagnoses or inferred health needs. Any remarketing proposal must have an appropriate lawful basis, the consent required for tracking and a compatible platform policy.
If those conditions cannot be met, remarketing is not part of the plan. Contextual messages, useful content and a clearer website can be considered without creating health-sensitive profiles.
Clear scope before spend
A proposal you can understand.
Additional marketing services are scoped and priced through a tailored proposal. We set out the channel, deliverables, approvals, management work and measurement approach before work begins. Advertising spend is quoted and charged separately from management fees.
Google Ads, Meta advertising, LinkedIn campaigns and email management are not automatically included in Website Express, Website Pro or the growth plans. Growth Engine and Growth Plus contain the specific SEO, content and conversion work shown on our Pricing page.
A better campaign is an informed investment, not a promise of a particular number of enquiries or admissions.
The useful details
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Do we need advertising before replacing our website?
Not necessarily. We first consider whether the website explains the services clearly and provides a dependable enquiry route. A website project can stand alone; advertising is an additional decision.
Is advertising spend included in the management fee?
No. Advertising spend is quoted and charged separately. The proposal will distinguish media budget from management and any additional creative or landing-page work.
Can one campaign cover care enquiries and recruitment?
They should be planned as separate audience journeys. We can discuss both, but the messages, destination pages, form handling and success measures will differ.
Will you use residents’ or families’ health data for targeting?
No. Our approach avoids health-sensitive profiling and does not use care records to build advertising audiences.
